AMAZING NEWS

It was a normal quiet Friday.  I came howm from work went to my mom's for dinner.  After dinner and watching my soap (guilty pleasure) LOL   We walked our dogs. My mom started with them both so I threw out her trash and went to chck my mail.  I only had one thing in the box, it was a large white envelope from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.  Ok I thought well I have seen these before alwys confirming my biometrics appointment (which I had done 15 days ago).  Then in the light I saw the words NOTICE OF FAVORABLE DETERMINATION"  OMG could it be?  I thought for a split second and then the reality that I hadmy prints done 15 days ago and the website said they were months behind and so it couldn't be.

I got home opend it and read it.  It sure sounded like it was saying I was approved... so what is a newbie to the adoption world to do... Go to Facebook of course and ask all of her new friends/family.  If any one would know at 8:15 at night they would.  And sure enough they did!  It was my GOLDEN TICKET!

That's right I have the GOLDEN TICKET and now panic has set in how am I going to be able to go and accept a referral and travel when there is about $18,000 needed for the first trip alone.  PANIC!!!!
