Truely Blessed

I have been telling my friends that I am planning/fundraising/hoping to adopt a DS child.  I had a friend who put on a comedy jam for a family we work with who's little girl has DS and was diagnosed with Luekemia.  Anyway she said she wants to put on another fundraiser to help me adopt my son or daughter.  Everything has been fallling in line.  I truely appreciate God and his blessings and not to take away from that but I'm so nervose that something will go awry so I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch. But I had to publicly thank God and my friend for thier support.

  1. Hang in there Megan!! What you are feeling is TOTALLY natural! I can say that because I have been there and done that... and am still doing it! hehe If God wants you to adopt, He will continue to make the way for you, and He will show you to your future son or daughter! :)

  3. Your blog looks great!! And Rosie is definitely the one for the job on this fundraising thing. I still can't believe how blessed we were. And oh my gosh...let me tell you that you will be so blessed when you get that son or daughter with Ds. In fact, one of my blog friends just wrote about this very thing yesterday and I think you should check it out, RIGHT NOW!!!
